Great summary

When I got diagnosed with anxiety disorder I wished I had this summary on all important aspects to recovery! This gives you a clear overview on the different options to recovery.
Afterwards you got more in dept on the different topics!

One of my favourite books ever

one of my favourite books for the reason it made sense of my life that i couldn't explain in so many ways. THIS BOOK HAS BEEN LIFE CHANGING and now i can't wait to start helping myself and understanding why i feel the way i do. THANK YOU Caroline 🙏

Great inspirational read

Inspirational and really helping me, my only issue although the voice of the reader is lovely she can read a little to fast for my head to take some of the information in. I found this to stress me out, she needed a slower voice. I will continue to listen again and again & put her exercises in to practice
