What the?

Somebody’s kid wrote and published his own short book in high school writing. The writing is terrible! No new information. I should have known... definitely will be returning this to get my credit back.
“I hope this book will help you address your overthinking before it gets even worse.” That’s a paraphrase of the last line. Ugh! Terrible.

This book is terrible

Didn't even make it half way through. No substance. Boring. Lame examples. Save your money for something with more useful information.

This is worth contemplating on.

After reading through this book, I realized that the author has laid down tips that I vowed to follow ; they are

simple but practical and will give me peace of mind for I have discovered the destruction that overthinking will

bring.

This is very decent.

Fretting is like a disease which we need to cure. Whenever I start worrying about some things, it is like I can’t

fight the constant barge of thoughts. That is why I can’t thank enough to the author of this book for coming up with a

decent audio book I could listen to.

Good guidelines.

In the past few years, overthinking has greatly affected my health and weakened my immune system. I could hardly sleep

or my sleep is often disrupted. These guidelines presented by the author showed several root causes of overthinking

which we need to overcome.
