Easy to comprehend

Helpful methods to overcome!

Much needed wake-up call

I absolutely loved this audiobook. It really gave me insight on what I did and didn't know about overthinking. It gave me the motivation to break free of what I was feeling and go out and LIVE. I truly could not be more grateful for this book.

Helpful Guide***
