Brilliant!!!

The best way to dissipate one's energy is to worry until to the point that negative thoughts permeate our mind that we are trapped and become less creative and productive. This is something I hate to experience, so listening to this book gave me insights more than what I have expected.

Good to be reminded of it...

Although some information here are not new to me anymore, it is good to be reminded of them once in a while. Like what causes procrastination, maybe disinterest or lack of initiative to do the project. Visualize the goal, why and how to achieve it in a smooth and easier way.

The idea is simplified.

The idea of this book is simple: thinking and resting help us cope with life better since there is a balance of the two. Our body is like a machine that needs rest also so as not to be easily burned out. Overthinking won’t help us solve anything; instead, it will only make matters worse. This is something we should often be reminded. Glad I downloaded this audio book.

Recommending this!

And because overthinking imposes some dangers that you might not realize. It becomes more of a learned habit, maybe as a defense mechanism to the possibility of failure, thus taking an action now is practical and safer. Recommending this book to my friends.
