I enjoy it and adopt this audio-book guide

The voice audio-book is easy to understand and plenty of realistic approach to mindfulness and respect for oneself. This always gave me the drive to break away from what I feel and to go out and live happily from somewhere.

That's a massive audible about this subject

I love it and recommend it. This seems to be the first detailed, real-life guide to getting rid of intellectual enslavement on the best way out or overthrow through new approaches.
