Some useful context and learning
Whilst quite tricky to follow the narrative it threw out some useful thinking and concepts. I am more relaxed about negative thinking and now view this more as deliberate thinking ifi and able to turn negative into positive.

Excellent book with practical advice
Well written book containing practical guidelines on changing inner narration, deliberate thinking and positive attitude. It helped me to become more aware of my thinking patterns and offered great advice about areas such as minimalism, mindfulness, meditation, reframing, rephrasing and more. I sincerely recommend it for anyone who would like to improve their inner world.
