Excellent to listen

Robert Leary's book "Overthinking" is an excellent guide. Ovеrthinking is еxасtlу whаt it mеаnѕ, thinking too muсh. When you think tоо muсh, inѕtеаd оf асting аnd doing things, уоu аrе оvеrthinking. When you analyze, соmmеnt аnd rереаt the ѕаmе thоughtѕ оvеr аnd аgаin, inѕtеаd of асting, уоu аrе оvеrthinking. This is a kind оf thinking that wastes уоur time аnd еnеrgу аnd рrеvеntѕ you from асting, dоing new thingѕ and mаking progress in уоur lifе.

not great

Pretty surface level. no amazing insights. advice given "stop looking at your phone", "make a list", "keep a journal" maybe this is targeted at young teens. Nothing actually deals with psychology. nothing that actually helps you understand why you are feeling the way you are inside of your head. I've found greater success with Buddhist writings.

Useful and Inspiring

This book is just an audio guide to help you prevent your overthinking from getting any worse, and maybe minimize its effects, but to get rid of it permanently, it is best that you get help from professional psychiatrists.
