Oh my gosh, guys... I have been struggling with full blown panic attacks constantly for a little over a year now. I won't tell my story for sake of time and redundancy, but this book is incredible! So empowering! I'm a little over halfway through, and immediately it clicked and resonated with me. Today I embraced my panic and I had a great day. Thank you so much for writing this book.

Living with anxiety

Desperately needed guidance and understanding about what I was experiencing inside me and what I could do to understand and manage through my panic attacks. I listen this audiobook which shear delight from start to finish. Sometimes smiling, sometimes worried but now confident to practice the techniques presented. I know my anxiety won’t disappear but now know how to live with them. Thank you, Jimmy D. Forest. Very helpful, thank you.

Highly recommend

I've already recommended this book to probably 10 or more other people, and even purchased a copy for another before I had even finished it myself. If you or a loved one has anxiety, this is a great book to help clarify and face the issues that anxiety causes.

Finally! Techniques that actually help!!!

I was feeling so lost and thought getting through my anxiety was absolutely impossible. It had taken over my life. This book has so much incredibly helpful information and tools. I wish I listen this year's ago. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!! (And will to anyone else I know suffering) Thank you Jimmy D. Forest for bringing the hope back to me!

This book has turned my life around.

Between meds for my severe GAD and advice from this book, my anxiety has improved quite quickly, and my life has gotten much more comfortable.

A great starting point


I suffer from horrible, unyielding anxiety, especially when it comes to eating alone in my home. I bought this book so that I wouldn't be a prisoner of my fear, and this book helped a lot.

It's been a great starting point to countering my anxiety, along with other techniques that I have picked up along the way. I recommend it to anyone who suffers from anxiety, and the supplemental materials help, as well.

Changed my view on my problem

This book has helped me cope with my anxiety. It gave a realistic view of what is actually going on. Doctors and other people just simply don't understand and cannot relate. The descriptions in this book are spot on and made me feel not alone. I recommend reading this if you are suffering from any type of anxiety disorder/panic disorder.

Great book

I have de had anxiety for 40 years and have done a lot of therapy. Therapy only got me so far. Therapists wanted me to do journaling which I hate. The author of this book gives actual techniques, and more than once, so you can do the ones that work for you. I was starting to figure some of these out for myself... but that took 40+ years. Wish I had found this book when I was 20! Give it a try, really try. It isn't easy but I started feeling results soon after I started.

Life Changing and Important

This book truly is a gemstone. I have been far more deeply and usefully educated after listening just 1/4 of this book than after years of talking to any psychiatrists combined. Please do yourself a favor if you are suffering with constant anxiety, with or without panic attacks, and get this book. Read it carefully and take your own deep notes. Empower yourself. Get educated, get a real understanding of what is happening to you. Learn how to control it and take your life back. This is helping me greatly.

A life-raft in a sea of anxiety.

This book helped me through an anxiety catastrophe. More than a psychologist and medication, I feel like this book gave me tools to use but also normalized my anxiety and made me feel less alone. My anxiety was primarily health related and this book spoke to that in depth, however, not exclusively. This book is for all types of anxiety. I credit it with my return to normalcy. I feel okay again, which I never thought I would. Thank you Jimmy D. Forest .
