Great book!
This book provides very helpful information about social anxiety, and in real life I try to do everything alone, take courses online, shop online, avoid talking to people when I’m outside, living like a “lone wolf”, and I’m always worried about other people’s opinions, so this book speaks to me in a way.
Listening to this audiobook is one step closer to getting me out of the shell, and I really appreciate the practical advice and strategies the author offers, and I've learned more about myself and social anxiety than yesterday.
And I'm ready to take the strategies provided by David into action.

Just a quick general summary of what social anxiety is. The very few tips this book gives are childish. Be clean, comb your hair and do small talk. Just skip this. No actual tools on how to overcome anything.
