pretty decent self-help piece

I believe in this pretty decent self-help book that I vowed myself to meditate on it day and night until I learn to embrace the truth and start to make a change. The self-help strategies are reasonable and healthy and helps in managing my social fears.

impressed me

I'm so very impressed with this book. As Iam a sufferer of anxiety and panic attacks of all kinds. This book has truly helped me in just a very short amount of time. It teaches coping tools and gives you lots of tips that are extremely helpful for anyone that suffers from social anxiety.

Total waste of time

Just a quick general summary of what social anxiety is. The very few tips this book gives are childish. Be clean, comb your hair and do small talk. Just skip this. No actual tools on how to overcome anything.

Incredible

I've suffered from social anxiety and this book has some wonderful ideas on how to combat and lessen the effects. Pleased I went ahead and checked this one out. Worth picking up and giving a listen.

Good five star

I was recently diagnosed as deficient in vitamin B and this book specifically says you need extra vite b for social anxiety. I've actually noticed a difference since taking it, which is pretty cool.

Tips and strategies

My husband is a very social person and has a job that requires him to attend different events. I try to support him but always find myself with nothing to say to these people and I always try to hide in a corner, or make an excuse to leave. This book give some great tips on being prepared for situations like these

Great info!

It tells you that you should think this way and not let it control your life but it doesn't tell you how to do it. It's a good listen for the first half and might motivate you a little but without a solid plan it doesn't last
