Actual hypnosis. Instead, it was just random nature sounds- the type one can find for free on youtube. I wish I had read the previous reviewer before buying...

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

No one, it's just sounds of falling rain and pages of a book rustling. No one talks as usual when you're supposed to be hynotised.

What could Subliminal Hypnosis have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

They could've actually tried to hypnotise you instead of just recording a bunch of everyday noises that I can hear by just sitting on my sofa with a person reading the paper next to me.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

There is no narrator!!!!!

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

No it did not. It's a scam to steal people's money. A 5 year old could have taped these random sounds.
