If you experience anxiety in relationships, fear abandonment, or find yourself overthinking texts and interactions, Overcome Anxious Attachment offers a calm, compassionate way forward.

This audiobook explores anxious attachment not as a flaw to fix, but as a learned pattern of thinking shaped by experience. Rather than analysing yourself or endlessly revisiting the past, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of how the mind works in the moment — and how emotional security, self-trust, and balance naturally return as that understanding deepens.

Through relatable examples, practical reflections, and psychological insight, you’ll learn how anxious attachment shows up in relationships, why it feels so consuming, and what allows it to soften without force or struggle.

This audiobook is for anyone who wants calmer connections, healthier boundaries, and a more secure relationship with themselves and others — without becoming emotionally detached or “harder.”

Overcome Anxious Attachment invites you to listen, reflect, and discover a more peaceful way of experiencing love.

I wish this book would have touched more on married couples, especially those married many years. At times I felt like the advice was being given for those who were only in a relationship for a short time. Of course some of the advice and scenarios could be extrapolated for those who are married and there were some good points. I was also very disappointed with the person reading the book. I felt as though the accent was rather hard to understand and I found myself having to replay parts three and four times just to understand what she was trying to say

Enlightening but disappointing that it did not deal so much with married couples
