Publisher's summary

Why did Claire have to drink so much at a small gathering of old friends, and how will she get home now that the host has kicked her out of his house? Hungover and ashamed, Claire begins a harrowing journey back to her apartment. Songs blend into the narrative and reveal harsh truths Claire would prefer to avoid.

Entertaining anecdote on drinking a bit too much

A humorous, exciting, but most importantly, relatable anecdote on drinking. I would first recommend as a listen for someone looking for perspective on someone who may or may not be struggling with alcohol use. Secondarily, I'd suggest it for folks looking for some self-reflection on drinking habits. Even those who consider themselves to just be weekend warriors.

Outside of any messaging, the story and music stands on its own for comedic value and thrill. A quick, fun, rollercoaster of a listen.

Singing so a great addition

This is defined a unique experience in audio books, and I have to say I liked it very much. It is a little short and can use more to the story, but still, the singing made it fun and light despite the situation.

Jordan

Kissner kills it with his first musical. He come out of the gate and onto the scene swinging. The prose is fantastic, the characters relatable, the songs catchy, and the message sincere. Being less than an hour long, this short story-musical hybrid is 100% worth a listen.

Interesting Format, Good Songs

This is an interesting musical sketch about the evils of alcohol. I found it a bit preachy, but the musical format is different and enjoyable.
Worth a listen.
