This is a fascinating interpretation offered by Rabbi Eliezer Ben-David on the Israelite exodus from their intriguing time in Egypt. There is an underlying cause, beyond their natural inclination, why many moaned and whined during the sojourn haShem intentionally caused to take as long as it did.
But this book is not about the peculiarities of the Israelites but exclusively about the underlying reason haShem contested Pharosh individually and challenged Egyptian culture in general.
I was urged to read this for the detailed interpretation of the Tower of Babel as well as the fractal examination of the Ten Plagues. Rabbi Eliezer not only did not disappoint but enthused me to read the physical copy again ss a springboard for myne own consideration of those fascinating events.
Do one’s nonchalant best to ignore the awkward pronunciation of Hebrew terms and the misalignment of timbre within a statement by the surprisingly human sounding robot. I learned that skill early in my wonderful life since not a few people have robot-like vocal deliveries.
An excellent book.
A passable presentation, as long as one knows how to stay focused on the message using one’s sense of humor to laugh off goofy pronunciations.
