When Blair’s shipment of Host is lost in an accident, Ray is ready for tough times--but not nearly as tough as when the Host start mysteriously multiplying.

I appreciate the acknowledgement that Catholics like me love space and love working in space.
And their beliefs are not compromised because Deacon Ray administers the Hosts. Multiplying of the Hosts seems a fitting miracle for the spiritually hungry.

My favorite story in the Rescue Sisters setting

This story is the best fictional exploration of the Catholic Church's permanent diaconate I have ever encountered, hands down. The only criticism I have really is the AI narration. The acCENT is on the wrong SYlaBLE if you know what I mean, to the point it becomes terribly distracting. However, that is not a critique of the story itself.
