Orlando Magic Director of Player Development Rebecca Bonner

Rebecca Bonner comes from one of the more well known basketball families in New England. She played her college ball at Stanford and Boston University and later had a pro career overseas. After coaching stints at Louisville and Maryland, Becky moved into the administrative ranks. Now, after 4 years as Director of Player Development and Operations with the Orlando Magic she is the leading candidate to become the first female General Manger in the NBA.
