Even deeper than before. My lack of response answered the question for me. I think this was the reaction Seth was hoping for since he leaned in really close. I instinctively tried to back away from him but seeing as how I was lying in bed, and he was blocking my escape, the only thing I could do was sink down into my pillow.

Wow!
Best installment in the series yet! Another amazing story from Amanda M. Lee and spot-on narration by Angel Clark. I couldn’t stop listening once I started. I truly felt like I was “in” their world thanks to Angel’s narration. Highly recommend!

Good
Halloween for Avery is stil a lot of madcap when she is around. Seeing a possible kidnapping and trouble will surely follow getting her into a lot of trouble with a lot of people. Her boyfriend just shakes his head but decides to help. Good story and narration. Given audio for my voluntary review

Great Book!
I love Avery! This book is much more focused on Avery and Eliot so a lot less interaction with her family and friends but lots character development for Avery and some big steps for her and Eliot.

Creepy Bad Guys!
Avery finds herself in deep in this story. These villains are awful. She helps save the day and is snarky as ever. I missed Grandpa but got to know Rocky. Angel Clark does a great job.

A Terrible Narrator
I love the Avery Shaw series, have read every one and really wanted the audible version. Unfortunately Angel Clark doesn't do the book justice and her narration is so poor it detracts from the book. I give the narration 1 star but the book is really good, a 4 star at least. I simply cannot listen to the book which is too bad because her narration is like fingernails on a blackboard.
