I wish I would have found this book years ago.
It is very Helpful.
The author explained the basics of trading, terminology, common mistakes, pricing,
metrics, and strategies.
The author also stresses to the readers the risks associated with investing.
The Narrator was clear and concise.

Would you listen to Options Trading: QuickStart Guide again? Why?

The Options trading quick start guide audio book is really good. The narrator is very clear, concise and speaks in a nice, deliberate tone that is easy to follow.

I have a basic understanding of options trading and have made some option trades in the past, but haven’t been actively trading in a while now.

I found this audio book to be really informative and helpful. It explains the essential basics of options including their history, different kinds of options that are available and the different option trading methodologies that can be used.

Some of the methodologies explained include: buying calls and puts and covered and naked calls.

The audio book also provides probably the best explanation of what a market maker is and why they do what they do that I have ever heard. It also explains very simply what options terms like in/out of the money, historical and implied volatility and why these terms are important to you as an investor.

The section I found most helpful and enjoyable is the one on the “Greeks”. I was never able to gain an understanding of what these terms meant or what they were used for since they can be a little complicated to understand. This audio book did a good job of explaining them simply and what they are useful for including: Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega and Rho.

I also really liked the section on trading strategies including calculating breakeven prices and using the “Greeks” and historical/implied volatility to fully understand and execute your trade plans.

I think this audio book is a great reference to gain not only a basic understanding of options trading but also to gain confidence in your ability to find and execute successful trades.

Good basic information

Good as a kick start guide to options. I enjoyed it and will now pursue more in depth material.
