As Christian women, we are either in a season of learning to walk by faith or we are practiced in our walk with God. Whichever season, both requires us to understand who he is. Through the process of understanding who he is, we draw closer to him. As we draw closer to God, we are not only learning about him, but we will likewise learn, uncover, identify, and address some things about ourselves as well; this is what I call “opening up the mail”.
In drawing closer to God, we will begin to build a relationship with him like no other, and the relationship we build with him guides and facilitates us in building our relationships with others. Walk with me on this journey as I uncover aspects of my life that I had to open up the mail to, and because I love you all so much, I am giving you the opportunity to see what mail you may need to open in your own life as well. It's freeing, it's comforting, it’s exhilarating, and it allows you to let it go so you can let God do!
