So good

Not only was the story fantastic and gave us many places to go in the future but a crossover with Eric, Zoey and Sam!! The Grimlocks and the Lake-Winters ... OMG. I was laughing so hard in some parts. Amazing!!

Quite boring

I struggled to finish this. The plot had potential but fell flat. Way too much parenting and fashion dialog. The constant valley girl drawl was just too much.

Love the series

Amanda M Lee does it again. Love anything with the Grimlock family! Can't wait for the next book in the series.

I didn't see that coming!

Zoe and crew get introduced to Izzy and the Grimlocks. Baddies show up, mysteries are solved, and surprise information is revealed. Now I'm ready to find out what is true and what isn't in the next one!

Great book hard to put down

Amanda M Lee is a new all time favorite author. She has a way of drawing you into a book and getting your feeling involved. I can't wait to read the next one in this series. I love the Grimlock's and all of the other characters. I love how she gets other characters from other series into the mix. I have never laughed and cried reading a book as I have reading hers books. The only other Authors that have manged to do that are Nora Roberts, JD Robb, Catherine Coulter, and Richard H. Stephens. Would love to find more that can do that.

Amanda M. Lee is fantastic

I am a huge fan of this author. Unfortunately, the narration made it almost impossible to listen; aside from a couple of really questionable choices for some of the characters' voices, the constant mispronunciation of Aisling's name and the word "queried" was grating.

the continuing story of Izzy Sage is sensationally compelling and impressive, but! any time Zoe Lake (Lake-Winters!) is added into the mix, iiim Happy!! i Love Zoe, Aric and Sami! i knooow the haters are out there n they’re gonna hate, but really? theyyy can dog it!!
ppl say Zoe comes in and takes over wherever she goes, but the opposite is true. she always helps our main heroine see the truth and strength in herself. she helps them overcome and climb over their internal mountains. idc What ppl say, Zoe is a hero in my book, and Izzy? well, she’s not only a force to be reckoned with, but she. is. awesome 😎

another great adventure!!

oh man.. this book was so good.. only thing I wished... that it was longer! I can't wait for the next one. I love Izzy, I love the Grimlock family it is truly just a great story in adventure every time. and I just love the mouthy kids and all the snark it is so good. so well written and performed.

Everything You Know Is Wrong

Down is up and up is down in Lee’s latest Death Gate Thriller. Izzy thought that her parents were killed years ago, during a gate accident, but were they? Or did something more terrible happen to them? Like the Go Go’s: my lips are sealed. Zoe Lake Winters, and family, make a guest appearance in what has to be the best book in the series so far! 10 jars of pickled beets, and I normally only go five! 👏👏👏👏👏

Loving this series.

I think this is my favourite book of the series so far. I love the Covenant crossover although I’ve not listened to any of that series yet. I love how the characters are maturing as the series progresses and I’m looking forward to the next book.

So enjoyable

A darker story line but still full of snarky humour and family shenanigans. A great crossover, I’m enjoying seeing Zoe, Aric and Sami appearing in so many books.
