Weight loss is not as difficult as it sounds. Our body has the ability to shed the weight it has accumulated.

You don’t need to do anything extra to lose weight, you only need to stop doing extra things.

Diets, calorie restriction methods, and exercise routines have hope but they cannot bring consistent results.

The main reason is:

Your body is not really conditioned to lose weight.
It doesn’t get the right environment.
It is not the failure of the procedures but lack of right internal conditioning.

If you have started thinking that nothing could make a difference, think again.

The One Meal a Day routine can bring the results you have been looking for. In fact, it’s easier than you think.

This book will help you in understanding the amazing concept of the One Meal a Day Routine and the correct way to follow it.

Great for self-improvement;weight loss

Very, very relaxing and soothing to listen to. I got a lot further this way than I would have reading it manually. I learned some new things. And, I recommend to others who are interested in health and weight loss.

Some errors

So some English errors and a moment of difficulty in which the narrator laughed and started over. Other then than it was interesting.

Great book on fasting and omad

Best book I have heard so far that explains fasting in detail. The science behind it is really well laid out and it makes you want to fast knowing how the physical aspects work.

Fake Book?

Fake book? I’m not sure the narrator is even human. There’s lots of big scientific words thrown in there, but some of the simple grammar is off. This might actually be a computerized voice? There’s even one place, where the voice stumbles and laughs, and that too seems fake; as if an effort to make us think it’s a human.
But, in any case, I believe it’s one of many of these short books, by people you’ve never heard of before, I’ve listened to, which I consider fake, i.e., whether a human or a computer has gleaned all the information from a handful of similar books, and then jumbled it all up and published it as a new book.
I can’t be sure of this, but I highly suspect it. As a result, it lacks sincerity, because it’s not really written by a person who has actually experienced all of these things.

I don't understand the 5 star reviews here.

I struggle to understand the 5 star reviews for this book, as it really deserves negative stars--even 1 star is too generous. Right off the bat, the amount of legal disclaimers was unreal--almost 3 minutes. I have read many books on health topics, and usually the legal disclaimer is a single sentence. Not here. In print format I would imagine people would ignore it and not even notice.

At first I thought it was originally written in a different language and translated badly into English. My next theory was that it was a junior high essay expanded into a 'book' without actually adding content. The amount of howevers, therefores and hences could fill an entire chapter on its own.

The poor grammar and lack of substance is only rivaled by the dismal performance of the narrator. In general, the words were overly enunciated, many were mispronounced (I don't think the narrator ever saw the spelling of 'hunger pangs' or 'palatable'). At one point the narrator fumbled a word and giggled--it wasn't edited out.

Overall, it was too painful to finish and will be returned.

Quite possibly the most disappointing Audible purchase for me to date and first time I will return a book.
