Helpful..

This short motivational book for gamblers who need support has many suggestions for changing one's life and breaking free of addiction. This book acknowledges that there's no perfect path for everyone. Some may need to stop all together while others may have enough self-discipline to use moderation. Regardless of where you are in your addiction this listen should be one of the stepping stones to a new life.

The only reason I took away a star for the narration was because the audio recording had background noise occasionally. Other than that I was pleased with the narrator. I was given this book at no charge to me and have voluntarily decided to leave this review.

Very Clear - great voice

A how-to book that was easy to follow. Not a topic I'm interested in, but the reader was terrific- very clear and reassuring voice.
