Entertaining, Unique, and Funny

I found One-Eyed Cy and the Army of the Toad Peoole to be one of the most unique, entertaining, and funniest books I have listened to in a long time. Simon Carr, as the narrator, has perfect comedic timing and voice. I loved the many unique characters and the flipped plot where the pirates are the good guys. I highly recommend this book. I will admit some of the jokes are a little raunchy, but raunchy is good. If you love laugh out loud books that are unique with a subtle hit of thrilling suspense, you will love this book.
I received this book for free upon my request. This is my honest, unbiased review that I am voluntarily leaving of my own accord.

Fantastic & Humorous

I really enjoyed this audiobook as there were many times where I laughed out loud. There were many fantastical creatures including the sea god and a Toad-Man army. There were some exciting moments and a few surprising twists. There were a few times where the humor strayed into a vulgar territory, but it never got as bad as some of Simon Carr's other books. Mr. Adam Brown's narration was pure enjoyment. The number and variety of voices that he performed were amazing. I could listen to this audiobook a second time just to be entertained by his performance. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.
