Ever since ai can remember, I have loved the Irish baroque and have had an imagine of it rolling through my head. I LOVE this book and have read it multiple times as I simply adore Adam & Anna’s story. Of course, when I read these types of stories, I can’t help but conjure up what the characters would look like and how the story might appear as if it were a movie. I’m not much of an audible book fan for a few reasons: I’ve never heard a voice I instantly liked, I read faster than they talk so sometimes I get impatient & I sometimes get distracted when my eyes don’t have to track the words. All my reactions have nothing to do with this book or author, both of which I adore. I did find it a benefit as I could listen to the swoon worthy story while I exercised, but I think for me I will return to reading instead of listening. Like I said my reaction has nothing to do with the story at all. Adam & Anna’s romance is filled to the brim with heat, intensity and passion. You can’t help but fall in love with them and cheer on their love. Now more than ever, I want to go to Dublin and experience the culture and spend plenty of time people watching & listening to the incredibly sexy accent. Thanks Brittney, you’ve certainly cultured a loyal fan, but for me I’ll most likely still to reading your tantalizing books as opposed to listening. But hey, maybe I’ll give another one a shot on a book I haven’t previously read so that I’m starting fresh and I’ll fall in love that way. Only time can tell, however, be assured I’ll certainly keep reading. Please more Dublin Nights!!!

I wish I could give more stars

This was the first Brittney Sahin book I read and it HOOKED me. I have read, reread, listen and re-listened to ALL of Brittney's books. The Narrators of the Dublin Night series are AMAZING!! Throughout the books they have to transition to different accents and usually it can be off putting, but these 2 never missed a beat and are 2 of my favorites now! I will always have a special plce in my heart for Adam and Anna!

On the Edge is a fantastic story written by Brittney Sahin. It pulled me in from the start and did not let go. It made me feel a wealth of emotions as I experienced the twists and turns in the plot. I loved the characters and their ability to dig deep within me to pull at my heartstrings. I love the world she has created in this story and didn't want to leave!

Anna Drake decided to take a chance and move to Ireland from Kentucky for an internship. She needed a change in her life and this is the direction she choose. She has everything set up, her airfare, an flat to share with a roommate, and a job lined up for the next three months. She just needs to be brave enough to go through with it.

Adam walked away from underground fighting five years ago, but when his best mate finds himself in trouble with the Crime Lord of Dublin, he has no choice but to step back into the octagon. In an effort to help Les, he goes to his flat to meet the new roommate. The last thing he expects to find is Anna Drake. She is kind, innocent and should have nothing to do with his world. Will he be able to walk away from the one woman who seems to keep crossing into his world?

I devoured this book. I really didn't want it to end. It had the perfect mixture of love, laughter and angst. I can't wait to see what Brittney Sahin has in store for us next!

PS - Want to know what's best about this story? It's now available on audio. Will M. Watt and Kelsey Navarro sleigh this book with their performances. I couldn't get enough of it. Brittney's world comes to life with these amazing characters.

OMG... EXCELLENT

From the moment I started listening to this book I could not stop. I literally had to sneak away from my hubby and my kids just so that I could hit the play button and listen to more. Narrations were amazing and I could hear so much emotion and depth. I love the characters of Adam and Anna. Their story drew me in and I could see it playing out in my mind like a movie. This is definitely one to read and and definitely 1 that you will not want to put down whether it is in print or E book or audibles.... fixing to start book 2.... EXCITED!!!!

Meh, was this YA? Fade-to-black romance 😔

The story was just okay. Anna’s insecurity got on my nerves and it wasn’t made better because there was not hot sex. Rather most scenes were implied, PG-13, or fade to black. I don’t need smut, but the intimacy shared between characters can bring a story to life. OR the story and characters need to be amazing, in which case you aren’t reading for the romance . Otherwise the characters never really connect for me. Meh: story, characters, no angst, invisible sex.
