Very Informing and Good Read Overall.

The dangers of these Technologies are well known to most of us, but this book takes you into the science of how it works on our human brain to get us addicted. It also provides a very good insight as to the way these tech companies Keep us wired into these devices. If one feels like one can't keep off these devices, this book might be a good place to start in weaning oneself off. Good read!
