Obsessed with His Bride

A Possessive Mafia Romance (Leone Crime Family)

By: B. B. Hamel

Narrated by: Chloe Ryan, Theo Sinclair

I’ll kill to keep her.

I’ll do much worse to make her my bride.

Aida was supposed to be a gift from her father. She was an apology for stealing from the wrong man and starting a war with the Russian mob.

But I killed him and kept her anyway.

Now the Russians want to use her against me. They’ll burn the whole city to the ground trying to take her away.

I won’t let that happen. Aida’s all mine, from her pouty, delicious lips to her curvy hips. It doesn’t matter how many soldiers the Russians send at me, they won’t take what I protect.

I’m a monster. A killer. I’m not the kind of man that settles down, much less for the daughter of a thief.

But I want her, and I get what I want.

The war doesn’t matter. In the end, I’ll make her my bride.

Welcome to the Leone Crime Family! This is the first in a new series of steamy, exciting, and gritty mafia romances. Dante might be a killer, but he protects those he loves! As always, there’s no cheating, no cliff-hanger, and a guaranteed HEA. Enjoy! XO BB

Just an amazing story!

What an amazing story! It really took me on a trip! It has many up and downs and really made me fee for the characters. Speaking of…. I loved the characters as well! Aida started out like a surly child and really grew I to her own! Dante starts out on top…gets knocked down (by more than just Aida) and rises back to the top. Each character held me entranced….just wondering what they would do next.

What a happy surprise this story was. Its my first by this author and won’t be my last! I did listen to this on audio. Both narrators are new to me. They did an exceptional job and I would happily listen to more by them.

Good start and middle

Pretty good. Strong start. Drug on a little too much at the end. A little unrealistic as well. The main character-woman, changed a little too much and too fast. I would have liked to see more character development in that area to justify her 180.

Bad boys and girls need love.

It has been a long time since I've read a B.B. Hamel book. This is the only one I've listened to, so far. I really enjoyed it. I forgot how good this author writes. The storyline was engaging and the characters were likable...eventually. Aida stole my heart from the beginning. Her experiences changed her. Dante won my heart by the end. It took some time, but the romance happened. This is one of those stories where it completely stuck out that these are not "good" people (even if they were likable), but everyone needs someone to love.

Chloe Ryan and Theo Sinclair are excellent narrators. They were perfect for the parts. The book rolled like a movie in my head. Their voices were easy to listen to for a long period of time. Great narration!

Great read

I enjoyed this book even if I’m not too fond of the heroine. She’s just okay for me because I don’t see anything special lol but I do like the hero. Chloe Ryan & Theo Sinclair did an amazing job at narrating

Fast-paced Mafia romance

Good mafia romance. Strong, possessive hero and feisty heroine that I really liked. This was an easy listen and the story played out well. Plenty of action and and sizzle between the main characters.

Narration was performed by Chloe Ryan and Theo Sinclair. Both were new-to-me narrators and they made this audio for me. Theo really brought the mafia capo to life and giving him tons of appeal and look forward to more audio with him. Chloe Ryan also did a great job narrating and I really enjoyed the pairing of these two narrators.
