Want more of this amazing story!!

I wanted more of this amazing story!! Mercedes Lackey writes wonderful and endightful stories!!! She’s got an amazing ability to bring pictures to the mind of the ‘reader’ completely with great clarity and gives life lessons of good and bad deeds. This series of books has no equal that I have yet read!

An excellent read and entertaining.

I read this book years ago and found it very entertaining.
This is the first time I've listened to the audio book. I found it as equally entertaining and more.

The narrator brought out the information that I had thought only my imagination could bring to life. An excellent portrayal of different characters brought the book to additional depth.

Love the book, don't love the performance.

I love this book as I do that others in the trilogy. I've read it several times and looked forward to the audio version. However, while the reader does strive to put feeling into her performance she sometimes goes a bit too far. When a character is sobbing out a line so hard that the sobbing makes her unintelligible, it's too much. I like feeling behind the performance but would like to actually understand what is being said.

fills in the gaps from the other two books but I'm disappointed that it was Abridged not unabridged.
