Publisher's Summary

A thrilling collection of the first three books in the best-selling post-apocalyptic series from author Kyla Stone. This audiobook bundle includes: Point of Impact, Fear the Fallout, and From the Ashes.

When terrorists detonate nuclear bombs across multiple US cities, millions flee the destruction. Chaos erupts as the fallout descends....

Dakota Sloane, a tough-as-nails former foster kid, has spent her life running from the past. Logan Garcia, a man haunted by secrets, has only one goal: to drink himself into oblivion.

They're two strangers in a bar, until the news reports nuclear explosions in New York City and DC. Before they can escape Miami, everything explodes.

As buildings collapse and fires rage, utter chaos erupts. Dakota knows of a place to ride out the storm: a safe house deep in the Everglades. If Logan helps her rescue her little sister, who’s still trapped in the city, she'll bring him with her.

But Dakota's past has caught up to her. Amid the radioactive ruins of Miami, someone is hunting her. And he won't stop until he has her...or they're both dead.

Featuring high-octane action and compelling characters, the acclaimed Nuclear Dawn apocalyptic survival series explores what might happen if terrorists executed a nuclear attack on the United States, told from the perspectives of ordinary people determined to survive.

Grab the audiobook box set and listen to 19+ hours of explosive apocalyptic action adventure! Rated PG-13 for mild language and moderate violence.

The worst thing that could ever happen!!

I found this writer to have a commanding knowledge of what would happen if the USA was under nuclear attack. The story of survival of this group of people is very telling. I would not recommend these books for the young or anyone who doesn’t have some grasp of war.

disappointing

I don't like this style of writing. And the utter stupidity of some of the actions, words, and characters made me stop listening halfway through book 2.

OK

Nuclear Dawn Box Set. .
The usual post apoc storyline, nothing special.
Nuclear strikes, bad guys and a heroine being chased by an evil man.
A pleasant read/listen .

Fantastic book. Listened to this in 3 days.

I couldn't put this down. Short books but well written and the characters made me feel for them. Also, I want to buy iodine tablets now for my car and build a go bag along with a first aid course.
The narrator is amazing and I'd listen to her read anything.

So glad this has the first three!

I don't think I could have handled it if I had to wait in between these books. They were so good! I love post-apocalyptic books, but this series takes then to a new level. I love the different unexpected plotlines that Kyla Stone ties in, and the way that her characters are flawed and real. You can see the toll that the events are having on Dakota and Eden throughout the series, making the whole series heart-wrenching and so hard to stop listening to.
The pacing, and the way the author keeps just enough information from me made me determined to finish it, in the best way possible I can't wait to read the next two. If you have one new series for the year, pick this one!

💜

I really enjoyed this series. The characters are well written and complex enough to actually be interesting. Lots of gritty action that’ll keep any post apocalyptic fan happy. However the endless debate on morality got old really fast. It just never ends. At some point you just want the characters to deal and move on.

The narrator was excellent

Decent enough to read

The first book is pretty solid and held my interest, but a little over dramatic with the emotional shenanigans. The second book is just them walking about 2 miles, horribly long and drawn out with endless internal monologs. Finally in book 3 it picks up again and more excitement happens and I was glad I stuck with it through book 2.
Overall definitely not the best post apocalyptic series I've read but it was entertaining enough that I'm glad I listened to it.

I'm a sucker for this genre.

First off I was prepared for missiles flying, fast action and some interesting characters that kicked doors. What I got Surprised me, Some in depth people with issues and backgrounds thrust into situations that no one should ever be in. let alone a nuke. This I imagine would be a greater hit with female listeners and readers.

great new series

am enjoying these,as i am narrator fussy, well done on stacey glemboski she does a great job.no zombies but fills the p/o needs, also like the fact there now a trilogy.
Am liking that we are now getting more of dakota's background story,as is little odd at start as we dont know her reasons for doing stuff, but no way halts the need to finish the book and move on to the next one.
i was given this by audiobook boom in exchange for my honest review.
