Publisher's Summary

Some secrets...

When Liv Dugan ducks out of work for lunch, it's just an ordinary day. When she returns, she stumbles onto a massacre. All her colleagues at Zuma Software have been shot. Only luck has left Liv unscathed, and that might be running out....

...will follow you...

Liv suspects the shootings are tied to her past - and to the package she recently received from her long-dead adoptive mother. Sensing she's being followed, Liv jumps into a stranger's car and orders him to drive. Her "hostage" complies, listening carefully as her story unwinds. Skeptical at first, he ultimately begins to believe all Liv's fears are justified....

...to your grave.

Together, Liv and her unlikely confidant try to uncover the truth about her adoptive family, her birth parents, and her troubled childhood. Because somewhere in Liv's past is a secret worth killing for, and a nightmare she can never outrun....

Stop running

Although I enjoyed the book it was at times somewhat confusing. There was no breaks between sections. One minute you would be listening to one characters words and without warning you were taken straight into another characters story. Take a breath.

Don't buy

What would have made Nowhere to Run better?

A better narrator

What didn’t you like about Kate Udall’s performance?

Us all was hard to hear. Narration lacked the ability to draw me in. Narration detracted from the story line.

Entertaining Story

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

Sure I'd recommend it. It's an entertaining audio.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

Yes it did! Couldn't stop guessing who the killer was!

Would you listen to another book narrated by Kate Udall?

-sigh- If I don't have to. Her performance isn't bad but I've been ruined by 2 performers and no one lives up to them.

Could you see Nowhere to Run being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?

I actually hated the characters in this story! I can not really say why. So, I can not say who should star in this. But I'd watch the movie for sure!

Any additional comments?

Entertaining!

Good Story- HORRIBLE NARRATER.

Would you try another book from Nancy Bush and/or Kate Udall?

Nancy Bush Yes Kate Udall NO. The narrater made all the and I mean all the characters seem angry. She read the book as if everyone had a chip on their sholder

Any additional comments?

The Story was great and the character seem like ones I could follow through other books, but the narrater real chopped it up.
