I suspected but didn’t know

This book was a lot easier to follow than the last one…and as usual not very believable but it took me for a nice ride as I rode my bike and cleaned. It’s a view into life in Texas that I have never really been that interested in but the author made it more palatable.

The murder of pigs…

Faith responds to the strangest calks but this one is, by far, the strangest. A longtime friend of her grandmother calls and asks for help solving two murders…apparently two prized pigs have been horrifically murdered. Surely this isn’t a case for a Texas Ranger. Until Faith starts investigating and discovers that all isn’t right in famous pigland. What starts as humoring and old lady becomes an investigation into a homicide. Interspersed in this story is Faith’s wedding planning. Another good story in the series.

Great book!

I actually put it aside for a short while after learning that the victim was a pig. But soon went back to it and glad I did. Great story and narrator. I actually pegged the murderer early and was surprised when I turned out to be right. That normally doesn't happen.

One of the BEST books I have listened to this year

Thoroughly entertaining and interesting!! Terrific twist! Reader did a fabulous job of performing as all the characters! I love all LynDee Walker’s books, but this one was just different! What a ride!

Awesome Faith McCllelan story!

Faith McClellan is back in an action filled murder mystery that will keep you reading until the very last page. Ms. Walker uses elements from current social media influencer experiences to build this story that starts out as an investigation of a murdered YouTube star, Sampson the hog. While it starts form Sampson’s demise, this story escalates into a first-rate murder mystery. Along with the murder investigation, several elements of Faith’s personal life are included which make for a very enjoyable story, not to mention some situations add an element of humor. While I have red all the Faith McClellan books, this is the first I’ve listened to and Cris Dukehart’s narration really brought this story to life, in fact she did such a good job with the narration I’m going to have to look at listening to more of Lyndee Walker’s books since Cris narrates most of the if not all. I received a review copy of the Audiobook for Nowhere to hide from the publisher and chose to provide this review.

Too obvious

The narrator was very good, but the story line was obvious from the very beginning.

Love/hate

I love the Faith M series!! Each book gets better and better. I could not put this one down!! I have become a big fan of LynnDee Walker and I can hardly wait for her next book: ether Nichelle or Faith!!!
