Sweet
I can definitely see this as a Hallmark Christmas movie - an ideal snowy backdrop, a bit of romance, a little mystery and adventure and you have North By Starlight.
Attorney Madison Stone must face her ex-fiance, Stewart Dunham, in the courtroom when she is asked to represent Jordan Star, the rightful heir of Star Mountain Ski Resort and save the town of Starlight, Vermont. when a supposed unknown heir wants to stake their claim to it. Maddie knows that her ex is a lying scoundrel, willing to bend the law to get what he wants and she needs to stay focused on outsmarting Stewart but is distracted by the handsome geologist, Trevor Kirk.
The story is well written, with detailed descriptions and dialog. Justin Wimberly narration is okay. I found his limited voice interpretations detracted from the book.
