This is the first book I’ve read by this author. It’s fun to learn things like what the Q in Q-tip stands for. Some reviews state a disappointment with the book because there doesn’t seem to be any format. The title itself says ‘Random Facts’. Maybe I’m easier to please, but I enjoyed the book and would recommend this read to anyone who wants to learn a little something.

The book was definitely not improved by the ridiculous editing effort. I would prefer to muddle my way through the errors than have to deal with the frustrating mess left behind by whoever thought they were changing it for the better.

I was amazed when I first got hold of this book. It was a great read. The book is full of random facts that are fascinating and fun to read. The book is well written and very easy to read. I always bring it and read it on my way to work because it entertains me and it makes my travel worthwhile.

Numbering facts messes it all up

All the facts are presented in one sentence. The next sentence is used to number the fact... so 50% of the book goes fact number x...

way too many inaccuracies

Love these kinds of books but this one is littered with way too many well known facts and not a few urban legend type "facts". I exchanged it
