Very telling story of sugar

his book game me the push to go without sugar for a month. I lost seven pounds with absolutely no exercise. I'm now on another sugar free stint for lent. This is not extremely easy, but there are results that will make you curious, even when not being as extreme as the author of this book.

Cut the sugar!

I've read a lot about the negative effects of processed sugar and I am convinced that cutting down on sugar is one of the most important ways to lose weight and be healthier. Therefore, this guide does a great job.
