Nightshade

Bob Roberts, second in command of the starship Argonaut becomes concerned when members of the crew are brutally murdered. Then the ship’s doctor points something out, that all the victims are drained of blood. When explosions force their space-born vessel to land for repairs on their destination, the planet Nightshade, their sighs of relief turn to screams of terror. For Nightshade is so very aptly named.
