Publisher's Summary

From the best-selling author of Pandora's Grave

"He wasn't supposed to be here. None of them were. That wasn't unusual - he'd spent well over 10 years of his life going places he wasn't supposed to go, doing things he wasn't supposed to do."

CIA paramilitary operations officer Harry Nichols brought his team to Ciudad del Este for a single purpose: eliminating Jean-Claude Manet, aka Ramzi bin Abdullah, the former head of al-Qaeda operations in Europe. It was supposed to be simple. But there's nothing simple about killing a man.

Perfect starting point for this awesome series

Nightshade is a prequel for the Shadow Warriors series by bestselling author Stephen England. I enjoyed Mr. England’s writing style since I read Pandora’s Grave last year and just a few weeks back I finished Day of Reckoning. I find both of them very well written and worthy of my time. In Nightshade we see what happens when a black ops goes wrong and we meet the team!

The new narrator, Colin Iago McCarthy is just amazing and fits all requirements in order to deliver a very entertaining and truly immersive listening experience. Really glad to see more of these awesome thrillers released into audiobook format.

As I said before, in the reviews for Day of Reckoning and Pandora's Grave, Stephen England is a fantastic thriller writer that reminds me constantly of Tom Clancy, W.E.B Griffin and Daniel Silva. If you have yet to discover his works, Nightshade is the perfect starting point for you to get into the series.
