Was going great until it just didn't

Just like my caption this book started out with a clear purpose and a sense of direction...it was a horror story...a supernatural ghost story...wait now it's a psychological thriller? No it's a tale of who knows what...unanswered questions perhaps. What was the dream about, was any of it real, what led to this, is Len deep or crazy and how does everyone flip flop so much...one moment they're brave and self assured and the next they're weak and scared. Idk
Ray Porter has a way of making anything sound good. His voice is soothing so maybe that added to why I enjoyed most of it...but alas if you buy this just prepare...that sense of fulfillment one achieves at the end of a great book will not be felt
