Great Article!

I was searching for Bill McDermott's book when I saw that he had written an article for the Harvard Business Review. I recently heard Bill McDermott speak, and he was so inspirational, that I just had to take the time to listen to this article. It was incredibly well-written, and even though he is referring to leading multinational businesses, I think the truths in his article can definitely be applied to much smaller organizations. There was plenty of food for thought in this article!
