Disappointing new format

What disappointed you about May 05, 2017?

Transition to 5 news articles has been so disappointing. Gone are the dense economic articles, in depth political examinations, and most regrettably, the editorials. Replaced with ridiculous 'lifestyle' articles. If I wanted news mush, I'd just listen to NPR or major network.

Awful new format

What would have made May 05, 2017 better?

This review is for May 08, 2017.They removed the news from the wall street journal. The new format is approximately 6 chapters of lifestyle news and opinion pieces, most of which is not in the paper version of the wall street journal, my guess the subscribers would leave. I say most because they did give a watered down version of the French Presidential Election. In fact the weekend wall street journal which they recently discontinued on audible contains more news than this new format. Don't waste your time.

What do you think your next listen will be?

New York Times

How could the performance have been better?

You should have kept the old format, this is a waste of time.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Disappointment, this was always intellectually challenging, they have dumbed down the journal.

How to trash a really good product

Process: Taking out the tech sections and reporting over 50% fluff. You've really destroyed what was an excellent representation of important articles from the WSJ. The old version was a very useful project and really helped make my day more efficient. Now I'll have to read it from my on-line subscription.

Thanks for nothing.
