It's a great audio book. The photogenic diet is quite easy to follow. If you’re just a little bit careful, following the keto diet (as it’s known for short) is very easy. I like this audio book.

Excellent audible. I was recommended this audible by my sister when I started the Keto diet. It explains why this diet is so good and why it works. I loved this audible and is my go-to for keto reference and she keeps keto fresh and simple. Highly recommend this audible.
