Predictable

The reader speaks too fast, and the singing is way too loud. I do like the accent of the reader. Very easy to understand. The story dragged a little, packed with current hot topics, not very original. It feels like King followed a receipe to write this one.

Jessie Mueller is a terrific narrator

I have really enjoyed King's later career as a crime writer so far. Great to come back to Holly, she's cool. Enjoyed this, and in particular Mueller's narration. Her subtle shifts between characters and the narrative voice makes me want to listen to more of her! and BOY can she sing! Wonderful.
