HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....

This book starts by explaining the negative calorie diet and backs up the explanation with studies and science. It then lists "negative calorie" foods as well as health foods that will be incorporated in the diet plan. I enjoyed learning all the benefits of the different fruits, veggies and proteins.

Useful book

BEST AUDIO BOOK....

This book came at the right time for me. I was looking for a different approach how to loose weight and can report that this book provided me with many great ideas and recipes. I can highly recommend it to anybody looking for a great guide on Negative Calorie Diet. Recipes which proves healthy can be also delicious.

Amazing book

I read the book and share experiences. A good book. The book covers food routine very well give you all the data you would have to start with the usual food. It gives you all the basic advice on the question of what you should eat and what you should not eat. Thanks to the author! Recommended!

Great book

From time to time I love trying new diets and check how they work so I finally decided to try the Negative calorie diet. The book covers the diet very well giving you all the information you'd need to get started with the diet. It gives you all the necessary tips as to what you are supposed to eat and what you are not supposed to eat. I tried a couple of the recipes and they are good as well.
