Helps me sleep plus I wake unconcerned with food

nature track is compelling and hypnotic. Puts me right to sleep. I wish there were more chapters like 4 & 5 which I repeated over and over again so that is why I gave it a 3 on story. That said I get a restful sleep and wake up without a sense that I must eat or make breakfast right away. Food has become a non-issue. So it must be working. I have yet to listen to the whole track awake to fully understand what he is saying but trust that my subconcious understands.

Terrific

Use it mostly to send me off to sleep but it sure seems to help with thoughts of food. I look forward to drifting off every night

I love these meditation tapes. The narration is wonderful. His voice is soothing and easy to listen to.

I think it’s working

I honestly didn’t expect results. I thought the falling asleep part would be worth it at least and why not try. His voice is relaxing to me, and it usually knocks me out within 5-15 min. I’ve been listening almost every night for about a month and I’m down 7 lbs after not seeing the scale move for months!!
I haven’t consciously changed anything else either. And I’m eating bagels for breakfast several days a week. I rarely write reviews, but I’m very overweight, over 40, and have tried every diet there is over the years. If you’re on the fence, just try it. See what happens. That’s what I did, and I’m going to keep listening and see if the scale continues to go down.

Awesome book!!

This book really does help me sleep peacefully at night each time I fall asleep listening. Sometimes I even listen while at work. I also wrote down the affirmations and recite them daily. It’s helped me certainly choose right foods for the goal I want. And it’s helped me to stop emotionally stress eating.

Already seeing positive results!!

Only been at this awhile but has already improved my sleep quality, and I'm feeling more positive throughout the day. I'm also finding myself less hungry and wanting to eat better foods when I do eat. It reminds you of your reasons for losing weight and improves your attitude towards weight loss. So far I'm really happy!!

BEST RESULTS EVER!!!!

I have struggled with my weight for my entire life I listened to this the recommended time and weight fell off in the months after at 6 months I was down 30 pounds without trying, my brain did the work for me. The amazing part about it was I have maintained that weight and continue to gradually lose and haven't listened in 9 months.

Good for sleep & relaxing but not weight loss

I gave this 4 stars because of some glitches in the audio for me.. But overall it helped me fall asleep and I noticed a definite impact on how well rested & ready to get motivated I have been in the morning. No real impact for weight loss though.. That was disappointing😞

Let's be honest

to be honest I have no idea what is said in this book other than maybe the first 30 seconds because it isn't long after it tells you to relax I'm shortly asleep and I wake up feeling better. Not sure about weight loss yet, it recommends listening 21 straight days, I'm about a week in, I know I don't feel as snackish. but sometimes all you need to sleep.
