My wife is one of those all natural gluten free non gmo people who just love books like this, and we listend to this together. Her natural cure mindset was filled quite quickly, I really have no clue about this stuff, but she does, ans she assures me that this is all viable and workable alternatives to using medicines from big pharma. She was very pleased, and I am sure that next time I get a headache she is going to whipe me someting up rather than give me some tylenol if I have a fever along with it. Clinger is rock solid in his narration and carries you through the book with ease. You will have no issue understanding him or following along.
