Not worth a whole credit

Sad 8 mins. Not thorough. No rehearsal of voice delivery, small hiccups when speaking so this seems to lower quality of the content.

Great helpful listen

This is one of the rare ones narrated by the author herself. It's a quick listen that explained how to block the narcissist from playing mind games and ruining one's self esteem. Was glad to stumble on this. Also, appreciated hearing about the origination of the term gaslighting.
