A Nameless Hunchback must Stop the Army of the Dead

Can he Save the Innocent People of his City?

It's Harry Potter Meets Michael Crichton's Eaters of the Dead

The 1800's city of Geneva is plagued by Darklings, cloaked figures who kidnap and murder it's impoverished residents during the night.

While the rich hide safely behind their high stone walls the poor are forced to patrol their own borders to ward off the evil foes. When a nameless, deformed indentured servant comes of age he is commanded by law into the night to protect the city, he becomes an unlikely hero that saves the mayor's daughter from a Darkling attack.
But the nameless boy realizes there is more to the Darklings than the city's residents have been told. Joined by the mayor's daughter and his only friend, another local boy he investigates the cause of the attacks. What they uncover is far blacker than the cloaks of the Darklings...

Critic reviews

"The twists and turns of the plot kept the story moving at a steady pace. While primarily a young adult novel, this book ventures into the realms of Stephen King-esque gore and Gothic horror. Comeau skillfully leads the narrative to a climactic unraveling of the mystery behind the Darklings’ reign of terror. The finale is brilliantly executed, leaving an indelible mark in the realm of young adult fiction with its ingenious and mind-bending resolution. Nameless vs. The Army of the Dead is not just a thrilling read but an exploration of courage, camaraderie, and the fight against overwhelming darkness."—Committee for the Literary Titan Book Award.

"Very Fascinating! I am very glad I read it! The story was remarkable, kept me absorbed all throughout—5 out of 5"—Cheryl of Cheryl Reviews

Army

As I was hearing this audiobook, the story and voice of the narrator is so perfect that it sounded to me like it is a real movie. I love adventure stories. Wow, how fun it is when Harry Potter Meets Michael Crichton's Eaters of the Dead. I can imagine myself if I were in the story, hearing the sound of the glass, the sound of a different character sounds awesome. I like this audiobook, and I would recommend it to my kids. It is a long story, but it's worth hearing it.

Captivating

"Nameless vs the Army of the Dead" is captivating and keeping listeners on their toes.
I was eager to discover what would happen to the main characters, Alex and Lo, throughout the book.
The story is action driven with some elements of violence, which is expected given the theme. Nothing too disturbing, though, or deviating from the main plot.
The narrator masterfully brought the book to life. High quality narration tailored for the specific genre.

A Thrilling Start to a Gripping New Saga

This book grabbed me from the beginning. "Nameless vs the Army of the Dead" is the explosive first entry in The Nameless Saga, a series that promises to captivate fans of dark fantasy and action-packed narratives. It is a unique take on the fantasy genre.

What stood out to me was the world-building. The author sets the scene in a dystopian landscape that feels both timeless and terrifyingly relevant. The dark, foreboding atmosphere is palpable, making the setting almost another character in its own right. "Nameless vs. the Army of the Dead is a must-read for anyone who loves their fantasy laced with horror and suspense. It’s a book that not only promises future adventures but also delivers a powerful, standalone story that leaves you craving more.
