Myth5- Reverse Mortgage cannot help Finance home purchase with Melisa Gucci

In this myth I call myth #5 is that people don't believe that you can actually use a reverse mortgage to help finance the purchase of a new home.

Think of it just like a regular mortgage or using a mortgage as a down payment, but this time it's a reverse mortgage, which means no mortgage payments.

This myth is false. Reverse mortgage allows empty nesters to right size and set a compromise instead of downsizing and compromising their living situation.
