Great

This book was incredible. I bought it because the title is awesome and hilarious, and the story was truly killer. I loved this book and the intense drama and descriptive imagery that Klavan had to offer. This was phantasmagoric.

Silly title... Serious book.
The title made me think this was a gimmick filled and silly book, but wow was I wrong. It was a little slow at the start, but when it started I binged the whole thing and wanted more. I love the characters and dialog. Everyone feels real and flawed and the book just oozes with character.
Andrew Klavan is also a very impressive narrator and brings the book to life.

Interesting, clichéd. But worth it.
The book is every bit as cheesy as the title suggests. And yet it's much deeper. There's a deep moral undergirding to this story that surpasses that of your usual werewolf story. It's the epic struggle of man VS the inner beast. And a tale of good VS evil. Worth the read. Though, maybe not worth a reread.
