Publisher's summary

The Sisterhood: a group of women bound by friendship and a quest for justice. Now their male allies, the Men of the Sisterhood, have formed a top-secret organization of their own, with the same goal of helping the helpless and righting the wrongs of the world....

When the call comes, the Men of the Sisterhood drop everything to help their friends. This time it’s Cyrus, their four-legged hound dog and unofficial mascot. While member Joe Espinosa is driving along an isolated country road with Cyrus in tow, he catches a glimpse of movement in the woods bordering the road and notes Cyrus pawing desperately at the car window. As soon as he pulls over to investigate, Cyrus bolts out the door and leads Joe to three children clustered together - bedraggled, silent, and scared out of their wits.

As soon as he has brought the children to safety, Espinosa arranges an urgent meeting. Charles, Abner, Jack, Dennis, Harry, and the rest of the crew gather at BOLO headquarters to hear a shocking story that confirms their worst suspicions. Many more children are still in danger. But in order to protect and avenge the victims, the team must use more cunning than ever before. With so many vulnerable young lives at stake, one mistake would be too many....

All’s well, end’s well...

The first 2/3-3/4 was interesting and somewhat suspenseful, but the ending crashed into itself. It came to a climax quickly and from there the plot was rather outlined. I was happy that Alison survived...but no drama around how? Where? Still it was an enjoyable read on morning walks.

Fern Michaels Hits Another Out of the Ballpark

While I know good guys don't always finish first, that will not stop me from enjoying every "Sisterhood" and "Men of the Sisterhood" that Fern Michaels writes. I appreciate that every member on the teams harms a chance to shine, even man's best friend. In this episode it's Jack's canine buddy Cyrus. I know that Cyrus is super intelligent and far smarter than "the average bear" (in this case, a dog!). I like the way the guys and gal work together and respect each other's contributions. The teams just get stronger and stronger. This particular story is timely because children are the victims; however, in this story, the children were reunited with their loving parent. They all had a happy ending. This was a great listen!

Very good book

Surprising twists. This book was one of the few I’ve had on audible that have been complete

Scary because it is a fictionalized Reality

The book carried us into the dark side of humanity with the Kidnapping and selling of children. The narrator was good and the story had a fitting ending, as do all Fern’s books. It keeps your interest and builds the characters well.

Hysterically, funny!

Love the names of the characters, the satire, and, of course, the facts of the horrendous human trafficking problem in the world. I hope this will set a light on this horrible problem.

wonderful as expected

Another winner from Fern Michaels. As expected from a sisterhood or men of the sisterhood series this book kicked ass, made you laugh, and got justice for everyone. so buy this book and enjoy!! I sure did😀

Another good one from the spinoff series

Overall, this series is actually getting better than the original series. My only problem is Maggie. I feel she should stick with the Sisterhood and leave the men to do their own thing. Originally she was part of the group because the women didn't let her in. But now that she works cases with them, she should either do only that, or stop using the "women know it all" philosophy in this series. Let her be equal, but not better (and yes, this from a woman). Regardless, this story-line was a good one and I really like how the men work together, and it was really nice to hear Lizzy Fox in a story again. I would love for a spinoff with her and Cosmo. They are actually my favorite couple of the entire series. My vote it to wrap up the Sisterhood and let the guys have fun.
