Engrossing Cold War spy drama

I read the entire Quiller series by Adam Hall way back when the Cold War was still raging. Loved it then, love it even more now that the series in on Audible. The hero, Quiller, is a hard-bitten off-the-books UK spy with attitude and lethal skills. This is one of the best in the series. The story line is engrossing with some unexpected twists, and the characters are great, as always in Hall's books. I'll be working my way through the rest of the series. Highly recommended if you like your spy stories short and very sweet.

Great once again~

Read the entire Quiller series years ago. Elleston Trevor's tight, realistic prose is enhanced by Anthony Ferguson's narration ~

Great!

A great book in a great series. I have always liked fighter jets and pilots. So that was a fun twist.
