I have read everything Griffin has published, now I have started to listen. What an amazing journey. Its like seeing an old friend and rehashing tales of the past. I loved the story when I first read the book but listening adds so much more. Scott Brick is one of the best.

What made the experience of listening to The Soldier Spies the most enjoyable?

A good continuing building of characters that gets you more into the book. It made the car drive fly by.

This book is another good book that takes place in war and the past. I can not say that I like his other series that take place more present day or police type books

Great narrator!

Scott Brick is always fantastic! His tone, inflections, and accents are always on point.

A literal page turner. once you start you font w as nt to stop. Very interesting characters well developed.

I really enjoyed the characters. I like how their interaction with each other. You could just imagine being there

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

Not as much as others but was interesting to see where the storyline was going.

Have you listened to any of Scott Brick’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Many performances but I didn't feel he was as good with this one.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I would loved to do that but the way I listen it's broken up over time.

With all the Griffen books he just keeps you going

Great escapism fiction with lots of historical underpinnings

W.E.B.Griffin and Scott Brick are terrific together. This book/series demonstrates this well. If you want to be transported back in time with an adventurous story with enough valid historical facts thrown in to make it believable, this is your story.
