Great book

Unique story line with possible actual issues. President Lincoln was a strong beliefs in keeping the nation together. The civil war was not anywhere near about freeing the salves but more about economic issues.

this book answers a lot of questions.

I started listening to this book a few books ahead of this one and there were a lot of questions in now with this book they have been answered.

This is a great read the cotton Malone series in my opinion is one of the best I've ever come across thanks Steve Berry for writing such a cool and refreshing series that's not James bond lol.

Fake News?

I have lived in Utah for several years and I am not a member of the LDS church. But in spite of the ending this comes across as anti-mormon.
It​ isn't educational when you mix real history with the unbelievable plot lines. The author is fooling himself when he believes the majority of his readers know what is history and what is his imagination. The on/off love story is getting old... choose. The president's nephew is not a good addition. I think the novel formula is too repeaticious.

This book was a bunch or words and not true story line. Waste of time. Steve Berry's books are following the same formula. No good.

What could Steve Berry have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Get a plot, develop characters with real action.

Scott is great and he carried the book. He is the best. I am shocked he took the job.
